Why bad dude, Chandigarh University is one of the best university for CSE and let me tell you that the university does not offer B.Tech CSE, they offer B.E. which is actually a great option. B.E. focuses more on the Science and technical aspects of engineering. This makes it very useful for students who are into research or planning to go for higher studies. The CSE department is also awesome, the classrooms, labs and library are modern and well-equipped. The department also holds hackathons, tech clubs and live projects, which give students more chances to learn outside class. The placements are also very amazing, MNC's such as Microsoft, Amazon, Wipro, Flipkart come to hire CU students. 

There are various courses for BTech in Chandigarh University. The fee structure varies depending on the course and specialization. For industry-collaborated programs like B.E. in Computer Science and Business Systems with TCS, B.E.CSE with specialisation in Cloud Computing, Data Science, Cyber Security, AI and ML with IBM and B.E. CSE (IOT and AI), the total fee is around INR 10,00,000. The B.E. CSE (Full Stack Development) programme has a slightly higher fee of INR 11,40,000. 

For other engineering branches, the fee structure varies B.E. Aerospace Engineering has a total fee of INR 9,60,000 while B.E. Mechanical, civil, Electrical and Biotechnology Engineering cost around INR 8,16,000. Programs like B.E. Chemical Engineering have a lower fee of INR 6,72,000.

Apart from tuition fees, students need to pay an examination fee of INR 2,000 per semester and a one-time refundable security deposit of INR 2,000. Panjab University Chandigarh BTech is a UG level programme, offered in full-time mode. The University offers BTech in various specialisations such as Chemical Engineering, CSE, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, EEE and many others. Admission to any of the specialisations is offered based on merit and entrance. Therefore, candidates must qualify Class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 50% and secure valid scores in accepted entrance exams such as JEE Main, JAC Chandigarh, PSEB 12 etc. The fee structure of BTech contains tuition fees ranging from INR 92.5 K to INR 6.2 Lakh. For the total course fees, candidates must enquire about the hostel fees, one-time payment and various other components.
