BTech is the most sought out after course of BITS Pilani. The course-wise placement stats are yet to be released on the offcial website of BITS Pilani. However, BITS Pilani recorded 62.57%% placements for First Degree (FD) courses in the academic year 2024-2025. Average salary offer for BTech is mostly around 3 to 4 LPA, same like other courses. Some IT students may get higher package depends on skills and company. So learning extra tech and projects really help boost pay.

There is quite many companies that visits campus such as Wonder Cement, TCS, Crest Infosystems, Macleods Pharmaceutical, Adani Port, NPCIL, DB Engineers, Logicwind and more. IT streams got more software companies too this year. For other specialisations too, the university is bringing more companies.
