VNIT-Nagpur invites various public and private sector organizations for campus recruitment of final year students. During the academic year 2016-17, more than 100 companies visited the campus. These included all the major companies like Morgan Stanley, L & T Group, Bajaj Auto, Qualcomm India Pvt Ltd, Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, Hyundai Mobis, John Deere, AVAYA India, Godrej Industries, Vedanta Ltd; Hindalco, Ashok Leyland, Amazon, Citicorp Finance India Ltd., JP Morgan, ABB, and many more. All these companies offered 543 jobs UG & PG students (458 UG & 85 PG) as on 30th June 2017.

Harcourt Butler Technical University, also known as HBTU is among good universities in Kanpur. CSE is one of the finest branch here. A lot of good companies visit the campus for recruitment. BE placements from Jadavpur university are far better as compared to other institutions of Bengal.
There is a large scope for civil engineers in both corporate as well as the North East India, where Jadavpur university students find a path to do better in future.
Talking about the average placements from the university, it is been around Rs 6.5 lakh per annum, the highest being Rs 15 lakh and lowest being Rs 3 lakh.
Since there are many companies visiting for non-civil fields then also civil students participating and getting selected are contributing to high placement percentage.

BVPCOE-Pune is among the top private colleges of Maharashtra. It also secures under 60 rank in the lastest NIRF ranking.
Mechanical engineering of BVP is quite good as lot of top core companies came down for the placements.

Frankly speaking, there are no such placements in aeronautical engineering at MIT Manipal. Instead, students opting for this branch go either for further studies or get a job in IT companies which might be irritating if you love aeronautical engineering. Though teachers, staff, students all are good, even students have projects like AeroMIT, Swapaksh which have won several prizes in different competitions but rarely students get placed in core companies.
This is just because in aeronautical engineering companies need a very skilled employee. So placement in this field is generally for post graduate students.

Companies like Hero, Tata, Mercedes, Toyota come for recruiting students of Automobile engineering.
50% of the students opting for automobile engineering go for further studies. Some students with higher gpa and other good records get placed in core companies. Many get placed in IT companies. Even many of the bright students get placed in IT. There could many reasons :
