The placement record of B.Tech programs at MIT College of Railway Engineering and Research is decent. The institution has a centralized placement cell that provides placement assistance to students. B.Tech placements at BNCET is above average as compared to different colleges of same level. The highest package can go upto INR 14 Lakh per anum which is good as per the fees of the college. More than 40 Companies visit this campus to hire new Talent and also hire more than 130 students every year which is quite good and helpful for the students who want college placements after B.Tech. Overall placement offers and performance have been increasing every year because as compared to last year the performance has been really increased by 53%.

The University has released the combined placement statistics for BTech and BSc courses. A total of 390 BTech/ BSc students graduated in 2023. Out of these 236 were placed during Anand Agricultural University placements 2023. This makes the placement rate 61%. Earlier, out of 418 BTech/ BSc students 182 were placed during 2022 placements. This makes the placement rate 44%. Looking at the past three years' data (2021 to 2023), an improving trend was observed in the placement rate of BTech/ BSc courses.
