you will face problems in getting a good college and a good college provides better placement oppurtunities so try to get in a good college.
And you get your placement through ur 4 years performance not through boards marks.Which college u may go,Work hard.

Placement for biotech is almost negligible in india but there is a huge scope of this subject in America. u can do Your Masters there in any university and continue there with a job.

College placement companies will first see your college scores. A few multi national companies do look at 10,12 score for certain positions. This is usually average score not individual subject score

See its depend on your interest. If you have an interest in mechanical then it will be more beneficial for you but from a job point of view, electrical have more jobs opportunity with respect to mechanical. You can decide better what you like. One more thing electrical has a very vast and tough syllabus as compared to mechanical.

Jamia Hamdard University is a good university for engineering degree in NCR. It is better than majority of private universities and engineering colleges. Placement in university is quite good for engineering graduates.
