Many elaborate companies do the mass appointments of the final year students but the interviews are always difficult to crack but teachers are always there to assist. A few of the top recruiters are HDFC, HCL, Airtel, Cafe Coffee Day, Hub City, Baxter, etc. There are great companies who are counted as one of the best. These recruiters were sometimes ruthless in their interviews but we were already prepared by their teachers. The recruitment process was enjoyed by many as it used to broaden our horizons. A few of the recruiters are Oceanship Maritime Services, Okaya, Nestle, Infotech, etc.

The B.Tech programme in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at PV Narsimha Rao Veterinary University offers more favorable placement prospects than the B.Tech programme in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), . This is a result of the increases need for Computer Science experts across a range of sectors, including artificial  Intelligence, Software development, data analytics, IT, and more. Compared to ECE graduates, CSE graduates frequently have more employment options and higher average startiing salaries.

The college has released the overall placement statistics for the academic year 2022-23 (including all the associated schools). So far, more than 1,900 students have been placed during NSHM Durgapur placements 2023. Over 300 recruiters participated in the placement drive and successfully placed 95.6% of the batch. BTech placements are good. There are many students placed in this college. Almost 70% students got placed every year but the highest package offered was of only INR 4.25 lakhs, average was INR 3.25 Lacs and the lowest was only INR 2.25 lakhs. So you have to think about it. Almost all students are placed, but getting packages is average only .!
