BTech placements at VIT Pune are decent. The institute runs an active Training and Placement Office that plays an active role in ensuring that the students are industry-ready through various seminars, guest lectures, workshops, and training. Every year, over 250 companies visit for Campus Placements. As per the recent placement reports, a total of 83 companies visited the campus during VIT Pune placements 2024. IUST Awantipora has not yet released the official report on BTech placements for 2024. However, the university's NIRF report 2024 contains the median pacakge offered to BTech students in 2023, which was INR 5.4 LPA. In 2022, the median package offered to BTech students at Islamic University of Science and Technology was INR 4.8 LPA. Top recruiters of the university include HDFC Bank, KPMG, HCL INFOSYSTEMS, etc. The median package for BTech courses increased by nearly 7% in 2022 when compared with 2021.
