Terna Engineering College: It offers a B.E. course, not B.Tech. The fees for the first year is about INR 1.3 lakhs. However, the total programme cost works out to be around INR 4.6 Lacs for 4 years of study. This is just an approximation and may go up slightly. It's always wise to check on the official website of the college for the latest fee structure.

The placement scenario for B.Tech in Electronics and Computer Science (ECS) at Narula Institute of Technology is promising. The institute has an overall placement rate of 80-90% across departments. For ECS, the specific placement rate isn't yet available as it is a relatively new program, but top companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Cognizant, and Accenture regularly recruit students. The highest package offered at the institute reached INR 51 LPA, while the average package hovers around INR 5 LPA.
