Rai University Ahmedabad is approved by UGC, Education Department Government of Gujarat, and AIU and is accredited by BCI and PCI. Rai University is AISHE certified. Rai University Ahmedabad, through seven schools of study and one centre, offers UG, PG, and Diploma courses to students across Engineering, Technology, Management, Law, and various other streams.
The BTech course is among the list of programme offered by the University. Rai University offers BTech courses via the School of Engineering. The UG-level course fees is around INR 1.9 Lacs - INR 2.7 lakh. Rai University Ahmedabad has a good placement record for B.Tech program

Candidates who have passed Class 12 with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for reserved category) with Physics/ Mathematics/ Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Information Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational Subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies can apply for IKGPTU BTech programme.
Aspirants who have passed DVoc in the same allied sector or three-year Diploma can also apply.

The placements of B.Tech at RGUKT are considered decent enough since the percentage lies between 70-90% for the last years. The highest package being INR 22 LPA, for average packages the range goes from INR3.5 LPA - INR 7 LPA based on the branch. Major recruiters include TCS, Infosys, and Cognizant. The Training and Placement cell is quite active, with even mock interviews to make the students employable; thus, it's a good option among the rural background students.

For RGUKT, the fee structure for a B.Tech course is nearly INR 2.32 Lacs for the total six-year integrated course. So, the fees are quite reasonable compared with the majority of private institutes.

Entrance exams like JEE Main, KCET, MHT CET, and state-level and university-specific engineering exams may be required by some colleges. There are only 2 colleges in India that have the BTech Silk Technology program available. Rest, other colleges mostly offer it as a specialization within the MTech Textile Technology course.

The option for direct admission is not available at present. There are only 2 BTech in Silk Technology Engineering colleges in India that give admission on the basis of entrance exam scores like JEE Main, KCET, and MHT CET. You should study very hard for the exam and get good marks to get a seat at any of these colleges.

No, admission to BTech at the university is entrance-based. To be eligible for admission candidates are required to fill out the eligiblity and selection criteria. The basic eligiblity is pass Class 12 from a recognised board. Additionally, candidates must appear and apply for CUEE from the official website of university to grab admission to BTech at Centurion University Paralakhemundi. Hence, aspirants must take the entrance examination in order to be eligible to take admission.
