No, you can't fill the form. As I have gone through the notification of AFCAT. It is properly mentioned about 10+2. But you can file an RTI because previously there was an option and now, they have removed that.

Bennett University has a good placement record for B.Tech in CSE students. In the recent placement season, the highest package offered to students was around INR 1.2 crore per annum, while the average package offered was INR 11.1 LPA. More than 190 companies participated in the placement drive at Bennett University, and over 90% of students were placed in top companies, namely Aditya Birla, HDFC Bank, HCL, and others.

You get admissions in engineering on the basis of your JEE Rank! Since there are many people there to get admissions in lnct university you have to get information asap to get your seat in your desired course!
1.Students have to appear and qualify the JEE Main.
2.Candidates who meet the cutoff must register for the JoSAA counselling.
3.JoSAA includes registration, choice filling, locking of choices, and seat allotment.
4.Candidates will be selected based on the marks obtained in JEE Main and participation in JoSAA counselling.
5.Final admission will be offered after the verification of documents and payment of LNCT Bhopal fees.

I would like to ask a question from you: Why are you willing to join Engineering with such low grades because you have to deal with the PCM in engineering as well in first year of engineering of any branch. If you are still willing to take admission then you may go for any private universities, or you must score well in entrance exams.
