Yes, you should be able to handle that. Though it isn't easy, if you have prepared well, you should be able to ace it. I've even witnessed a lot of medical students (who also studied math) succeed in JEE. By the way, you shouldn't have chosen commerce as your path if you wanted to pursue engineering. Students toil for years with JEE as their primary goal if you keep it as a side choice. You can't possibly make JEE your second choice, though it's not impossible but will take some serious hard work.

JECRC university (JU) Jaipur is ranked 23rd all over India. In this college, 4th year students are eligible for campus placement. College provide you with interview and placement skills. Many companies visit such as Accenture, HPE India and infotech etc.
Fee Structure of this college: When you are joining the college in first year it would be around INR 81000 after that, from 2nd year, it will be INR 71000 every year. The fees can be paid in installments also 35000 each and you need to pay University exam fee for every semester.
