Yes you can do B.Tech without M.Sc. For any engineering colleges in India you need to be 12th pass or have completed higher secondary education. It's definitely fine to do B.Tech as it's most demanding course and all time favourite of many.

Lovely Professional University is the best engineering college in Punjab for CSE. Think B tech in agriculuture will have more options and opportunities as compared to the Agriculture if you perform well in agriculture. So, I would suggest you to go with B.Sc. Later on, you can choose any one among them as per your interest.
