No commerce student cannot apply for B.Tech as the student does not meet the basic eligibility requirement. Candidates must have passed the Class 10+2 exam from a recognized board with Physics Chemistry and Mathematics as core subjects.

Chandigarh is better for B.Tech engineering! The best engineering college in Chandigarh is Chandigarh university! I dint study there but I have lots of friends there they said they had the best experience there in terms of studies environment faculty infrastructure and placements! I think that you are asking about private colleges since everyone knows the answer of the Government colleges. LPU, BITS Pilani, Manipal Institute of Technology, VIT, KIIT are generally the top preferences of students. Thank you.

First of all, everyone should have passed in 10 + 2 in any of subjects then those people are eligible for B.Tech.

There is actually not much to compare here. Both the courses are totally different and one must ask himself/herself in order to get the answer of what is the aspirations. If you want to be creative then go for interior designing otherwise take civil engineering if you want to keep the foundation of a country. No matter what the course is, my recommendation always stays the same. There is a great university called Lovely Professional University. Please check the details on their official website.

B.Tech is the best course in my way. Because Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) is a professional undergraduate engineering degree programme awarded to candidates after they complete four years of study in the field. Engineering is one of the most popular courses in India and there are many institutes that offer the course to aspiring students.
