Probably from November it's application forms filling online but you have to give entrance exam JET which held in may so go through official website minutely or directly call faculty.

No, WBJEE is conducted once a year. If you apply for this year then make it happen this year otherwise next year.

Yes Pramit, candidates who have passed higher secondary (10+2) qualifying examinations in the academic year 2021-22 in stream (Science, Maths from any recognised board of education such as CBSE, IB, ICSE or equivalent can take admission in B.Tech.
