Only these colleges provide this course which you want and near Belgaum otherwise, if you want colleges there then pursue course-integrated B.Tech with BE, not with MBA but if you want to pursue from there you can go to distance learning colleges like IGNOU or lpu.

In the north region, you can go with Chandigarh university or lpu and if you are searching for a full government college then you can go through Punjab technical university.

Hello Tarique Mallik, I am afraid that at present in India any university is debarred from offering professional courses by distance education mode. Hence I can not provide any information.
