Hi, I can understand your apprehension and angst why you are studying in 12th standard. But let me assure you that the marks in the 12th standard are not the criteria for getting admission for BTech in any discipline. For IIT one needs to score minimum 75% off marks in the 12th board. After this the students performance in JEE Mains will enable him to appear for JEE advanced and the performance in JEE advanced would only enable the student to get admission in any one of the IIT's. My sincere advice to you would be not to look for marks in the 12th examination but lay more emphasis on learning the concepts that the teachers will try to

The admission in B.Tech courses at GGSIPU are based on the JEE Main ranks. All applicants are required to appear in Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Main Paper 1 Conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA). The University shall not conduct its own CET for admissions, but shall be utilizing the merit of JEE Main Paper 1 for its admissions. So now the IPUCET is not applicable for B.Tech admissions.

I have also did B. E. In Mechanical Engineering in 2017 and I am pursuing M. Sc. in Mathematics. After B. Tech. /B. E. you can do B. Ed. by taking admission in any college. Most of the prestigious universities conduct entrance exams, so you can prepare for these. State level common entrance exams are also held. For doing the course through distance/online mode, IGNOU conducts entrance exam for B. Ed. while some universities offer direct admission, some demands teaching experience. In new education policy, the B. Ed. will be of 1 year duration after master's degree and that of 2 years after Bachelor's degree. Currently it is of 2 years

Hello Divya, your ranking at about 17000 is reasonably good. With this ranking you can perhaps expect to get the branch of your choice in the college of your desire. However the case of CSE branch is a little different. Almost every student gives this branch as the 1st choice and other result cut off in this branch across all the colleges are very stiff. To help you I am attaching a link that can predict the branch and the college that you can get based on your performance in this examination. https://www.shiksha.com/engineering/ap-eamcet-college-predictor
Best wishes to you.
