Hello Abhinav, theoretically speaking a student who is in the final year of B.Tech can initiate the process for applying to do MS abroad. This will juxtapose with his passing out of B.Tech and beginning of the course of MS in universities abroad. However there is a second school of thought which states that one year should be taken as a break and prepare well so that a student gets admission in reputed universities abroad. But then it is up to the student.
