It totally depends on the company, but average is INR 5 Lacs - INR 6 lacs per annum.

Both are nice universities as far as I know. But I prefer chitkara than galgotia as for some cases.

Distance B.E. /B.Tech courses are not valid as per AICTE guidelines. Hence never be pursue. Better to do Part time B.Tech or AMIE for up gradation of qualification.

The eligibility criteria is varying according to Colleges. However the eligibility criteria of LPU and Chandigarh Universities are given below for an idea. Eligibility criteria of B.Tech Food Technology of LPU : Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Chemistry, English and Mathematics or Biology or Biotechnology) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST.
