From IIT Kharagpur is best for this course. Rajendra Mishra School of engineering is also good for B.Tech in entrepreneurship engineering.

Intership for B.Tech students starts from 3rd year when companies arrive for an interview and if you clear this interview then your internship will start. Then you can earn money as well as continue your studies. The benefit of that is you get the experience of working on different projects so it will easy futher to get a better job in other companies.

Yes, you have to participate in LE. B.Tech (Diploma) entrance exam (CET code no. 128) for taking B.Tech lateral admissions in Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and its affiliated colleges.
