It is very nice to hear from you that you are interested in seeking admission can a government college for engineering in the state of Bihar. For easing the burden on students, Bihar government has scrapped the entrance exam which it used to conduct and now gives admission based on the ranking obtained by the students in the JEE Mains examination.

Getting admission to an institute abroad is not only dependent on marks obtained in the qualifying examination but it depends on many other factors also. In addition, your Diploma would be treated as equivalent to class 12th and you would be given admission in the 1st year of the degree course. In view of this, I would like to advise you to approach an institute dealing with sending students abroad for undergraduate studies. This is so since these institutes are having enough knowledge and expertise to build up your CV with different items that are counted towards admission abroad. Best wishes to you.

Once you obtain this permission, then you can continue your studies and obtain higher and additional qualifications. Best wishes to you.
