Generic degree with opportunities in all different specialization in CS after graduation. With Integrated M.Tech in artificial intelligence, you will become a specialist in niche developing field. Also, you will miss out in choosing your specialization on completion of graduation based on your interest and preference.

All are good, in mechanical and civil job is less but CSE is having more opportunities and a good scope for placements. If you're quick learner, then you can easily get a high package job. Rest EEE and ECE is also good if you get placed in the core branch.
