Some colleges in India provide part time BE / BTech courses for working people after completing diploma. Anna University, SVCE, etc provides such courses. Visit Anna University website and check there. You can also refer to other universities.

I got 58% in class 12 if I completed B.Tech after 4 years at 2022 will I able to get any good jobs I think in all jobs requirement is 60%. .

You can get admission in COEP ( B.Tech lateral entry ) only through Diploma, not through B.Sc.
