You have not specified about the entrance exam in which you have obtained these marks. However, if these are the marks of JEE Mains then these are very good and you can easily get NITs in your category.

Yes, do Ph.D. then do B.Ed complete and qualify tet/tgt. Apply when the vacancies are out. But better become professor in college rather than school teacher. You can apply to pvt. colleges as well after Ph.D.
