It is a great way to assess your performance where your marks are not directly involved to select you in the next round. Thus depending on the difficulty level of the exam, candidate having a score of 100 can also get 99+ %ile or sometimes 200 marks are not enough to get the same percentile. It's very nice to see that you are interested in pursuing your MS from USA. My sincere advise is that you must approach an agency dealing with sending students to USA for MS. This is so since its not only excellent academic record but many other factors that determine success in getting admission and these agencies would help you in this.

It is very nice to see that you have brought up the most important thing. These days job prospects for aeronautical engineering graduates in India is increasing but still very disappointing. Majority of graduates end up doing MBA or going abroad for want of placements. Best would be if you can think of doing AME. It has huge potential for placements. Also it will give you space to be linked with aero planes. Best wishes to you.

UGC has decided that no professional course could be done by distance education mode and hence debarred all universities from offering such courses by distance education mode. In view of this, I do not think Kalinga University will be offering engineering graduation under distance mode. However, you can think of doing AMIE which is equivalent to a degree in engineering. Best wishes to you.
