Yes, you can do B.Tech. You choose the college according to the results of Shiksha's official college predictor and then apply. Your work experience will be of great use.

It is never too late to start something, but now doing a B.Tech degree will do you no good. Instead use the experience that you have gathered over the years to acheive big. Else, you can join any college for B.Tech.

Yes, there are many colleges for that. You can get lateral entry in B.Tech after your Diploma. Good luck.
