Dear Rishabh,
Recently, I have come across a brilliant opportunity which I heard through a close relative of mine. JK Lakshmipat University situated in Jaipur is offering a very interesting programme that gives you an excellent opportunity to do MS at JKLU for one year. It also comes with 3 years of OPT in STEM. There are a number of courses that you can choose from and also have a 50% scholarship. Most of all you don't have to give any competitive exam for doing MS in the US like TOEFL and GRE.

Even if you have lost the chance to appear for JEE Mains in January, there is no need to worry since NTA will be conducting the exam again in April. There is no point in focusing on MCA after BTech from IIT. You should aim for MTech. However, if you want to do MCA then instead of BTech in IIT, you may do BCA after class 12th.

Inter transfer are possible in the colleges affiliated with same University. Inter transfer with in other Universities/ Colleges is almost negligible because of Colleges curriculum and their own reputation. Hence if your University is same with the college opted for transfer than write to your HOD and Dean with appropriate reasons. Your college will definitely take the appropriate decision regarding this.
