Both the courses are good. It depends on your area of interest. If you go with M.Tech, then it will be completely technical field and growth is good in this field. If you choose MBA, then your field will change to management and career would be related to IT analyst. MBA is more useful after gaining some work experience.

After B.Tech, if you are interested in Higher Studies or research in the same stream then you may go for M.Tech, else MBA would be a good option. You should have 55% in B.Tech/BE and a valid score of GATE. M.Tech and M.Sc. Are highly technical and MBA is highly managerial. You have another alternative of Masters in USA in any area of interest which you have really good skillset and aptitude.

You're looking to make career in research and related fields like teaching then without doubting you should go for M.Tech. But, if you are interested in marketing, sales or business development fields then definitely, you should opt for MBA. Either, you do research or go in Business related fields, both have very good career perspective in coming years as India is a developing country and you will always have good scope in these two fields. But, no good scope for MS as there is no well recognised college for it.

If you feel, you are technically bright and can actively contribute to the growing world of technology, then M.Tech and MS are for you. For pursuing M.Tech, you must clear GATE or equivalent. MS is offered by the institutions in India like BITS, some institutes of national importance and almost all universities abroad for which clearance of IELTS TOEFL or GRE are one of the requirements. Any field of law, including Cyber law, is LLB. Hence, you can pursue an LLM only after you have finished your LLB. That being said, there are various diploma courses and online courses in Cyber Law that can be pursued even without doing LLb. You can opt for one of those. Indian Law Institute has a part-time diploma is Cyber law and it is open to even non-law graduates.
Asked about University College of Law , Osmania University - Postgraduate Diploma in Cyber Law: Please check the criteria that this particular course requires. Going by the general rule, you should be eligible for this diploma.
