You will generally get offer letter easily from colleges in Canada. But Visa might be a issue. The case with backlogs are generally a problem with Canada. They only allow 4 supplementary exams. Since you have completed your M.Tech that usually wouldn't be an issue. But it depends. If they are only considering your M.Tech, then you wouldn't face any issue. The college and the Visa processing authorities may also check your Bachelor's history. Contact an education consultancy as well, they have good contact with colleges. They can for sure assist you.

BE Bio technology has better job scope. Outside India the job scope and opportunities are plenty, and it's a good paying job.

MCA will be better, if you have completed B.Sc CS. You can also go for M.Tech in CS, which is a good option rather than MCA. All the best.

After completing B.Tech in CS you can apply in companies like Infosys, Wipro, etc. You can also appear for IES (Indian Engineering Services) exam conducted by UPSC. You can appear for GATE exam for ME from different IITs.
