You have to clear backlog otherwise you cannot study in B.Tech. The only way left is to use your 12th score and sit in entrance exam JEE or other exams. You can go for private university, if possible to pay the fees.

Please don't be disappointed, you have 74.4. You can try for colleges with your rank on last year opening and closing ranks. You also try for GFTIS and also your state level college.

You have to wait for few days. Please check regularly the official website of Indian navy for further updates https://www.joinindiannavy.gov.in/. It has not come out yet so you have to wait for further notice.

The admissions have already started and seats are getting filled. Classes would start from July. So, I guess you are late. You should immediately try for some private colleges.

Hi,
Admission in BVP is through CAP Counseling based on the rank obtained in Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHTCET).
For All India or Jammu and Kashmir Migrant seats, admission is based on the rank obtained in JEE Mains/ MHTCET.

Hi,
I would suggest you first visit the college and ask them about the procedure since the rules and regulations are different for every college or university. I think if you can provide any medical certificates / proofs as reason to drop out in 3rd year - might get a chance to continue further on medical grounds. Otherwise it seems difficult.

The combination isn't good. Go for B-Tech instead of BA.
