The right way to get admission in 2nd year of UG courses is to apply through State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State by using the following website: http://cetcell.mahacet.org/
Then you have to click on Direct Second year Engineering (DSE). Post that, you have to register yourself by filling all the relevant fields and uploading the necessary documents as required and pay the required registration fee online.
