Well, class 10th and 12th result is necessary for any good business school. After class 12th, you have done Diploma, that will be counted as an additional qualification apart from B.Tech. But major results would include class 10th, 12th and graduation (B.Tech) marks.

Specify your college's name and University it is attached to. You can complain to University's Grievence officer or directly complain to UGC through their grievance portal. Also, most universities do allow to change college in 2nd year. For that, you will have to visit the University itself.

SRM-Sonepat is best for B.Tech mechanical engineering. B.Tech. - Mechanical Engineering (ME).

Eligibility: Candidates must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent examination, recognized by State or Central Education Board. It is required to score at least 50% aggregate in PCM in the qualifying examination i.e. XII Board Exam. Candidates must have taken five subjects in 12th Standard. Candidates should have passed their Higher Secondary Certificate or (10+2)its equivalent examination from a recognised university to get admission in this course with the minimum of 50% aggregate marks. In their secondary education with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with any one of the subjects like Computer Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology and Biology. Yes, you can get admission in this college easily, but if you are looking for admission in best state government college of India for admission. You have to give the paper of JEE mains and secured rank rank upto INR. 5 laCS and class 12th percentage is good. Then, you can take admission in any government college by state counselling.
