Yes, students who have completed class 12th with PCM as subjects are eligible to pursue B.Tech in Food Technology. Without maths, it's not possible to get admission for this course.

It cannot be said that nanotechnology is better than CS and IT. As all the fields are good in their respective areas. It's just that nanotechnology is a new field and will be developing just like CS and IT.

If you have passed in a Diploma in Engineering (Three Years Duration Course) approved by AICTE, then you can pursue it directly into II Year of B.E./ B.Tech. (EEE)

If you have done Diploma in Engineering approved by AICTE then you are eligible to pursue the B.Tech (lateral entry). You will get direct admission in the second year.
