First of all B.Tech in Biotechnology is classified as an engineering degree. So, for getting into an engineer course you will have to give MHT CET. MHT CET for engineering contains Maths. So yes, Maths is compulsory for you to get admission. MHT CET score with PCB won't be acceptable.

Hi Rohit,
You can't get admission in IIIT, Pune with this rank in JEE Mains exam. Although you can give a try and participate in counselling. If seats are available in last round, then only you can get admission.
You should predict other possible colleges here :

Best of luck.

Hello,
No fixed minimum score can be guaranteed to get an interview call from an old IIM, but a score of 99 percentile and above in the CAT should be safe enough. Good luck.

Yes, you can try to get admission in Sardar Patel College in direct 2nd year in B.Tech Civil engineering through Gujarat quota. For that you have to take the exam for lateral entry into the course. Also, as you qualify the 50% marks criteria with a pass in all subjects in higher secondary, so you can definitely try.
All the best.
