Hi HIMANSHI,
To get admission in biotechnology you need to appear for the engineering entrance exams for which you need mathematics paper. At the same time, biology is also required for biotechnology. Therefore, you can take PCM and biology as the extra subject.

Hi SWAPNEEL,
As you have secured 40420 rank in JEE Mains exam, it will be a little bit difficult for you to get admission in any NITs or IIITs for CSE. Still I will suggest you to participate in the counselling process and wait until the last round of the counselling.

It is totally up to you. CSE is easier as compared to ECE. Chose ECE only if you are interested in it.

I am assuming you to be of general category. I am sorry, but with this percentage you may not get any government college. So, try for private colleges.

Your GMAT Score, Your work experience (it matters a lot, you cannot afford to comprise with it), your Essay written ability and your LoRs. Once you are sure about all these things (assuming that you already have a relevant visa and passport), you can start applying for abroad. You need some time first. Kindly, have at least 1 year of work experience after your graduation (this is bare minimum). In the meantime, you can also search for good MBA colleges abroad also. Hope this helps. Upvo

There are chances that you might get admission in EEE branch in any NITs. Better to go with home state NITs if you have one, which increases your chance of getting admission.

Well, if you have appeared for JEE Mains and got a good score, you can drop out and can apply for NITs. Instead of going to some last ranked NIT, I prefer you to stick with the current Institute you are studying at present and complete the B.Tech. Later if you wish you can prepare for higher studies and get admission in NITs or IITs for your PG.
