You can pursue B.Tech in CSE after electrical engineering. Once you opt for it, you will realize that electrical engineering strengthened your basic knowledge about this field. Computer Science engineering in today's time has a very wide scope. You can apply in various colleges in India which might give you an upper hand for doing a Diploma as well. For doing B.Tech in CSE, you can opt for any of the colleges:
Thapar University, Patiala
DTU, Delhi
IIT's
UTM, Shillong
These are few colleges I have shortlisted for you to choose wise and the best!
Hope this helps.

You can appear for various interviews and off campus placement. You can appear for exams like UPSC etc. There are some government schemes like Atal Vyavasaya Yojna and Modi's youth training programs etc. But, that is a question even most engineers do not have answer to, so they usually switch their streams to MBA, LLB etc. Good luck.

Hi,
BE in Nano Technology is a good option, but remember currently for 4-5 years, there are very less scope in India, because currently India don't use Nano Tech in every field, but better options are available in USA.

The eligibility is same as for CFA level 1.
The fee is not as such mentioned in the website, so you call the ICFL direct according to interested center in which you want to get in.
