Dr. C.V. Raman University offers several specialisations in the BTech course. The maximum number of seats are offered in Civil Engineering course, and in Mechanical engineering. Check out the below table to know about the exact number of seats allocated for these two specialisations.

In certain conditions, Dr. C.V. Raman University rejects the application form for the BTech course. The application form shall be liable to be rejected in case:

  • Application Forms received after the last date
  • Those received without requisite fee
  • Paying off the requisite fee through Demand Draft with lesser amount
  • Demand Draft of requisite fee not drawn in favor of DR. C.V. RAMAN UNIVERSITY, payable at Imadpur, Vaishali.
  • Incomplete information
  • Mutilated form

Candidates are required to attach and submit several documents for admission to B.Tech courses at  Dr. C.V. Raman University to prove their eligibility and other academic proof. Some of the important documents are as follows: 

  • Transfer Certificate (TC)

  • Character Certificate

  • Passport-size Photographs

  • Aadhaar Card

  • Migration Certificate (if applicable)

  • Caste Certificate (for SC/ST/OBC candidates)

  • Domicile Certificate (if applicable)

The process to take provisional admission to BTech courses at Dr. C.V. Raman University, candidates are required to apply for the course with the 'result awaited' option. Such candidates should produce the mark sheet of the last year as proof for eligibility requirements before the due date; otherwise, the provisional admission cannot be granted. The candidate so admitted shall be required to produce a mark sheet of the qualifying examination within one month of the date of expiry of admission; else, provisional admission will stand cancelled.
