KIIT offers a four-year full-time BTech course covering more than 20 specialisations. Spread across 8 semesters, admission to this course is completely entrance-based. To be eligible for admission, KIIT Deemed to be University conducts the KIITEE (KIIT Entrance Examination). Students with a valid rank are then required to appear for counselling for final admission. KIIT B.E. / B.TechKIIT BTech Fees 2026
KIIT fee structure is inclusive of tuition fees, hostel fees and one-time payable fees, among others. KIIT BTech fees vary based on the choice of specialisations. For BTech admission, the semester fee ranges from INR 1.75 lakh to INR 2.2 lakh. As per the range, the most economical specialisation options for admission include Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Construction Technology, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical (Automobile) and Chemical Engineering. The total tuition fee for these branches will be INR 14 lakh.
The most costly BTech specialisations, with a semester fee of INR 2.2 lakh, are CSE, IT, Computer Science and System Engineering, Computer Science and Communication Engineering, Computer Science Engineering with specialisation in AI & ML, Cyber Security, Data Science, Internet of Things and Cyber Security Including Blockchain Technology, Internet of Things, etc. The total tuition fee for these branches is around INR 17 lakh.
Along with the tuition fee, INR 75,000/- is to be paid (one-time) at the time of admission towards counselling, Registration, Admission kit & Laptop. Hostel, mess, and laundry, etc charges will be paid as per the type of rooms and services selected by the student.

KIIT BTech Admission & Application Process 2026
KIIT BTech admission is based on the merit of the university-level KIITEE entrance exam. The admission process includes an application process, counselling session, and document verification. The step-wise application process is given below:
Online KIITEE Application Form
The admission process will begin after filling out the application form for KIITEE, which is an online process. Students can follow the process:
- Go to KIIT’s official website and select “Online Application”.
- Go through the instructions and fill the form.
- Upload your photo and signature with the marksheet of Class 10.
- Submit the application form.

Counselling and Seat allotment

KIIT BTech Scholarship 2026
KIIT provides merit-based scholarships to BTech students. Students who have scored between 1 and 1000 during KIITEE are eligible for KIIT BTech scholarships.
