It has good infrastructure and faculty members.
Placements: Placements are decent or very poor for boys, as big companies like nVidia, Google, etc., visit the college only for girls and not for boys. Here, boys get selected in companies like TCS, Wipro, etc. Recruiters who come here are very rude to students who come for the interview.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are good. The library is good. Wi-Fi in hostels is very bad and has very poor coverage. I cannot even video call properly. The mess food is absolute trash, and the food even causes various diseases. The rest of the things are good, like medical facilities, sports, and games.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable and very polite. They clear every doubt very nicely. The level of exams is good. To score well, we need good knowledge about the topics as the professors set a very high level of questions in the exam papers and other things.

Good infrastructure, supportive faculty, and decent placement opportunities.
Placements: Placements for my batch are decent but depend a lot on students’ skills and preparation. Around 65-70% of students from our course get placed through campus drives. The highest package offered is around 10 LPA to 12 LPA, while the lowest package is about 3 LPA to 3.5 LPA. The average package ranges between 4.5 LPA to 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies include TCS, Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, Deloitte, EY, Capgemini, and Infosys. About 60% of students also receive internship opportunities in companies like Deloitte, EY, Accenture, and startups, mostly in software engineering roles.
Infrastructure: College has good infrastructure for both academics and hostel life. Classrooms are big and well maintained with proper seating and smart teaching facilities. Labs are having updated systems and required software. Wi-Fi is available across the campus. Central library has a wide collection of textbooks, reference books, journals, and digital resources. It helps during exams and projects. Hostel facilities are decent with clean rooms. Along with regular water and electricity supply, and adequate security. Quality of food in the mess is satisfactory, with a decent variety. Canteen offers affordable options.
Faculty: Faculty members are well-qualified, supportive, and approachable. Most teachers explain concepts clearly and help students outside of class hours as well. The curriculum is relevant and structured, covering both theoretical knowledge and practical applications, which helps build industry-ready skills. Regular assignments, presentations, and projects ensure continuous learning. Semester exams are of moderate difficulty and are based on what is taught in class. With regular study and attendance, exams are manageable. The overall pass percentage is quite good, and the evaluation process is fair and transparent.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in technology and the wide career opportunities it offers. The best part of the course is the balance between theory and practical learning. Along with exposure to projects, internships, and industry-oriented subjects. Campus environment is lively, with regular technical events, cultural fests, seminars, and workshops that help overall personality development. The campus crowd is diverse and friendly. The connectivity to nearby areas is good with public transport easily available. Extracurricular activities, clubs, and sports events encourage students to explore interests beyond academics.

    Overall, it's a good college.
Placements: Mostly, students get placed, as I have heard from my seniors. The average package is okay, with a median of 7 LPA, and the highest goes around 21 LPA. Mostly, students get internships here. Some of the recruiting companies that visit include Accenture, Infosys, JP Morgan, etc. Mostly, the roles offered are SDE, business analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are nice, and we get Wi-Fi in the classrooms too. I personally love the library, it's just perfect. Hostels are great, to be honest, infrastructure-wise, they can be very strict for girls, though. Few have study rooms even. Food is great, there's so much variety, and it keeps changing every once in a while. A few hostels have a badminton and basketball court very close to them, if you are lucky enough.
Faculty: Some teachers are really great and will actually make you enjoy learning. The course curriculum is relevant. We also have assigned mentors who are there for the students, they visit hostels often to ask if we are facing any issues. The semester exams are not tough, to be honest, just go through the PYQs, and you will be fine. The paper is standard in my opinion.
Other: The fest here is really fun, it generally happens in mid-February, mostly after mid-semester.

Good branch and curriculum. Teachers are helpful and plenty of resources.
Placements: The highest package this year was around 30 LPA in ME, and usually JSW, TVS and Maruti Suzuki are the top recruiters. The lowest they offer is around 4 LPA, and the average is somewhere around 8 LPA. Almost all students got internships, and 99 percent got placed. Some went for further studies, and others for GATE, etc.
Infrastructure: Good libraries and labs are available. Aesthetic places to study and helpful lab assistants. Air-conditioned, Wi-Fi-enabled campuses. My hostel is non-air-conditioned, but some are air-conditioned too. The food is good, with ample choices if you are a non-vegetarian. The wardens are not so great.
Faculty: The teachers are qualified professionals and knowledgeable. The teaching style is great. The curriculum is very good. They always sign MoUs with companies and try to bring industry-relevant subjects and courses. The semester exams are easy, getting an 8 sgpa is not that tough. 99 percent of class passes.

My honest KIIT experience, worth it if you're focused, average placement, good infrastructure.
Placements: As a KIIT student, first of all, I feel it’s an above-average university in India in terms of infrastructure and facilities. The top recruiting company in 2025 was Accenture, which offered around 11 LPA to 285-300 students. There are around 4,000-4,200 students in my batch, with about 50-60 sections. Around 1,000 students got packages of more than 10 LPA. The lowest is around 3-4-5-6 LPA. The average is around 8-8.5 LPA. What I honestly feel is that if someone studies well and maintains a GPA of around 8-9+ while also gaining some industry-level skills to add to their CV, then it’s definitely worth joining KIIT.
Infrastructure: KIIT's infrastructure is really good. One issue with the Wi-Fi is that with one’s credentials, only 2 devices can connect. Regarding the quality of food, it’s alright but could be better, it's edible, and the menu changes every week, but the items revolve around the same stuff. Basically, they use some permutations and combinations with the menu. Most of the staff are really cool, but some of the mess staff's attitudes are not good. Regarding medical facilities, we have KIMS, a nice hospital, but it’s very crowded and not that organized. It can be very time-consuming, and there's not a single pull-up bar on campus.
Faculty: Some professors are really helpful, while some are not. Luckily, I got some of the best faculty, and my experience with them was really good. Most of them are from IITs, NITs, and other great universities, and the teaching quality is top-notch, though some are not. Some are very arrogant and can’t explain stuff. They just write stuff on the board. Most of them are nice, however. The course curriculum is relevant, and students are getting industry-ready. Semester exams are easy to moderate; if someone attends 70 percent of classes and studies 1-2 weeks before exams, they will easily get a CGPA of 8.5+.
Other: I chose this course because I love coding. I love the logic behind everything. Fortunately, I got some of the best faculty. Some things I wish would be better are the labs. They are not that good. You have to sit according to your roll numbers. If you are lucky and get a seat in the middle or near the board (instructor), you can follow everything clearly. But if you sit on the end side, you literally can’t see the board. You have to zoom your camera and all. It’s really hard to follow what is being taught.

My college review, IT department, for sure we need to improve, but we are doing great, key insights.
Placements: The companies mainly come for placement in the 7 th sem in the 4th year. For the 3rd year, companies start coming after the summer vacation ends at the start of the 5 th sem, in our batch 2027, the 1st company was BNY, Cisco, and Dell. BNY had a 7 CGPA criteria, but the cutoff for Dell was very high, about 9.3 in the IT department.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is excellent in our university. From the start of the 5 th semester onwards, the whole school of computer engineering has been shifted to the new campus 25. On campus, 25 majorly 2 and 3rd and 4th year students' classes are held. It is divided into 3 blocks A, B, and C. We have Wi-Fi Labs for our lab classes, and the new library is also present in the C block. The hostel depends on the type of room you want AC or without non AC. Campus 25 has AC premium hostels. Non-AC hostels are kp 6, kp 1.
Faculty: Talking about the curriculum, it is designed to achieve the outcome mentioned in the course objective. It depends on the type of subject you study in your semester, some subjects students enjoy, like DBMS, OS, etc. Other subjects, like ITC for the IT department, it is not a good scoring subject. The end-semester are above average and in the case of DSA and DAA, algorithm-related subjects, the toughness is great, which will make you question whether you really studied anything or not. Majorly all the students who have attended the classes regularly pass the exams.
Other: Talking about the connectivity point, campus 25 is a bit too far from the main campus. But, I am sure that in the near future, necessary arrangements will be made for the students. The network problem is also present in campus 25, which needs to be resolved.
