The eligibility to apply for BEd at Shakti smarak sansthan college is graduation and there are very limited number of seats which is 30 per batch so the cutoff will be very higher as per the merit or entrances so you can step out to contact the college or can apply for the program by visiting there.
Thanks for asking here

Hi Anjali, If you want to take admission in CA course you have to go to ICAI's official website and register yourself by uploading required documents there. CA course is independent of your college, it is a distance learning course so you have to either self study or join a coaching institute.

There are many ways to achieve admission in Harvard University but there will be tight competition for seats in Harvard since all the students around the globe will be dreaming of pursuing a degree in Harvard University. Harvard also provides distant education facilities for students who cannot afford to study regular mode study method. The university also provides students who are intellects in specific subjects and they are covered by the scholarships provided by the Harvard itself that covers almost all expenses during the academic year.

I tried to contact to college administration about this course but they said this course is not available in their college. fee structure of other courses of this college: B.A/B.com. - 19000 (1st year), BBA -23000rs. for 1st year, BCA- 25,000rs. for 1st year, B.Sc.- 24,000Rs. for 1st year. So even if this course is available in this college it's fee structure will be ranging from 19000 to 26,000 for 1st year. I hope it helps.

If you are planning for B.A. Then commerce background or arts background you can do it. If it's in Germany you have to check the cutoff on the Germany colleges so that you apply to that college. And if you are study abroad colleges you have to know the language of teaching of that country so as to cope up with the studies and adjust to the environment simultaneously.

Not necessary to take Mass communication as optional subject in 12th for getting admission in Bachelor's degree. Minimum 50% marks in 12th with English is very good enough for Bachelor courses.
