As per the eligibility criteria of Government Law College Coimbatore, Candidates who have passed a three year Degree Examination of Universities in Tamil Nadu and Such degree awarded by Member Universities of Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi for purpose of mutual recognition on reciprocal basis, after 10+2+3+ or 11+1+3 pattern and also recognized by Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University alone are eligible for admission to LL.B (3 years) Degree Course. Hence here is no specific percentage is required for admission in LLB. but in general the other Universities like DU required the minimum 50 % of marks at Graduation level.

A complete online programme will be difficult to find but you can check the University of Mysore and Don Bosco University. Most other universities have distance learning programs which may or may not be fully online. Also, check U18 website for online studies from Indian universities.
