You have to first complete your graduation then only you are eligible for UPSC exam and in graduation Bachelor in Arts is more preferred for UPSC preparation.

You can submit the photocopies but college later would be asking you to show the original mark sheets and certificates. I would suggest you to apply for original mark sheet at the respective college.

There is no campus placement unlike Indian universities. They have career assistance cells, they will organize career and job fairs, networking events, industrial link ups etc. If you are doing very good in your academics you will lead the race. Good Luck.

Hi Drashti, your IELTS won't determine what course you can do. It is part of the university admission requirements. You must check if you have required academic grades which is more important. The desired course of study will depend on your 10+2 stream, education background, your own interest etc. For course list you can check here
