The annual take for the B.Tech programme in BHU is 1589 seats for first year students. This includes specialisation such as computer Science and engineering, mechanical, electrical, civil and etc. Admission is through JEE advanced following by JoSSA counselling and with CUET score, there are two branches food technology and dairy technology.

BHU (Banaras Hindu University) is one of the best central universities in India for BA (Hons) in Political Science. It has a strong faculty, good academic environment, and active department with seminars and discussions. Admission is through CUET, and the cut-off is usually high. BHU offers good hostel, library, and campus facilities. It's a great choice for students serious about Political Science.

The last year cutoff for MLT at BHU Rajiv Gandhi south campus in Mirzapur was a cutoff score of 340 for Round 2 in the CUET 2024 exam for Round first the cutoff was 352

BHU CUET PG cutoff 2025 has been announced for admission across multiple specialisations including MA, MSc, MCA, MTTM, LLM, and MBA. In CUET PG 2025, the overall closing score in the General category stood between 20 and 699. Wherein, the toughest and the easiest course among all the courses are MPA in Vocal Music (Hindustani) and MA in Persian due to high and low score, respectively.
