Yes, General Test is mandatory for B.Com (Hons.) according the subject combination available on BHU website which you can get by searching BHU CUET UG subject combination.
The general aptitude is mandatory and with that business studies and accountancy/book keeping

If you want only BHU then you can give the CUET exam again next time. Because on this score I don't think you will get a seat in BHU even in affiliated colleges. But if you are from sc/st/ph category then there may be a chance. You can register for counseling and see what happens.

Cut-off: For General category, the CUET score cut-off is usually around 520–530 marks. For reserved categories, it can be a bit lower.
Placements: The course has decent placements mainly in hospitals and cancer treatment centers. Average starting salaries are around INR 2–4 Lacs per year, and higher packages are possible in private hospitals or with experience.
