The eligibility is you must have completed B.A. (Hons.)/ B.A./B.Sc. For Economics, you should have Maths till class 12th, but it is not necessary to include it in BFS. One should have Maths either as additional subject (6th) or optional subject (5th).
And, yes Economics definitely should be included in BFS for Economics (H), else you will face deduction of some percentage from your BFS.
