No, you cannot migrate from Chandigarh University to PU, DU, BHU, or any other NLU for BA LLB. These universities do not allow lateral entry into their BA LLB programs.

Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU will release 4-5 rounds of NEET cutoffs for admission to medical courses. The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs will be based on the following factors:
- The NEET score of the candidate
- The category of the candidate
- The number of seats available in the course
Candidates must visit the official website of entrance exam to read clear instructions on how to proceed with the counselling process, once the round is released.

For last year, the closing rank for Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) was 30353 which is very close to this range. This was for general category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one cannot afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut offs keep changing year on year, it is advisable to try to score better ranks to increase your chances of getting admission in Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU.

The last year 2022 cutoff ranks for Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) at Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU other than General category are - 35805 for OBC, 151039 for SC, 346474 for ST, 33218 for EWS, 30353 for PWD. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in NEET exam, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State.

Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, opening rank was 22079 and closing rank was 30353. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. Admission to Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam NEET. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

For 2022, the cutoff was 2735 for the General category candidates in the All India quota for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU. The last date of the BHU Admission form 2023 for undergraduate courses has been extended till 30th March 2023 (up to 9:50 am). CUET Admission 2023 to undergraduate and graduate programmes will be made by the NTA-conducted Common University Entrance Test (CUET 2023). NTA has also announced the date for registration for CUET PG 2023. The registration for CUET PG has started from 20th March till 19th April. Admissions are based on performance on the entrance exams, provided all other qualifying standards are met.

Different universities will adopt different means to decide the cut off marks (raw marks). As per the previous year's CUET cut off analysis, scoring above 700 can be taken as a very good score in CUET. Marks above 600 can get you a seat in top colleges like DU, BHU, JNU, etc.
