In India, majority of recruitment as Investment Banking occurs from Top Management B-Schools or IITs. MBA from top B-Schools such such as IIM, XLRI, FMS DU, MDI etc are the best option to get job in investment banking firms.

As per your interest and education background, you can think of these programmes:
CFA certification
ACCA certification
MBA ( finance, Marketing, International business, Insurance, Business analyst)

If you are targeting jobs in a public sector banks, than BBA is a sufficient qualification to appear for PO and clerical services examination. If you want to work in a private sector bank, then you must plan to pursue MBA. Some private banks run one year PG Diploma in banking with B-schools. You are advised to appear for such PG Diplomas.
