If you want to go in banking sector (government or private) then you should join any banking course and if you are looking job in corporate sector then you should join management accounting.

MBA has wider scope and opportunities as MBA graduates can be employed in all types of industries and all management functions. Whereas, PG Diploma in banking and finance graduates can only be employed in BFSI industry. If you want to work in BSFI industry only then PG Diploma in banking and finance is a good option else you may prefer MBA.

You can pursue MBA in finance or M.Com. In fact, any course which is related to banking will be a good option to get a good job in the banking sector in Canada.

If you have completed your graduation, then you can appear for bank exams.
To get a bank job, you don't need to pursue any course. Just Prepare for the exams.
You can also get a job in Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and public sector banks. For this, you have to appear in IBPS bank exams.
You have to prepare for quantitative aptitude, reasoning, English, general awareness section.
You can prepare for most of the bank exams at the same time because the syllabus is almost same for all the exams.
