In the initial semester of the BBA in Hotel Administration course at Shriram Institute of Management and Technology (one of Kumaun University's affiliated colleges). The first semester's subjects are always meant to make the base for the students for further offered semesters. The names of the subjects offered in the first semester are as follows:

An academic year is organised into two semesters of six months each, and students usually take a specified number of courses in a semester. Kumaun University and its affiliated colleges offer a total number of 1,110 seats for BBA courses accommodatingly. The university is affiliated with around 12 colleges that offer BBA courses. All these colleges offer BBA courses as general/ honours degrees or both. To get a seat in BBA courses, candidates are required to complete the basic eligibility criteria and must qualify for the merit list released by the university.

No, candidates are not allowed to get direct admissions into BBA courses at Kumaun University. Kuman University is a state-public university that does not offer direct admissions to BBA courses; candidates are required to qualify for the merit list, which the university releases on the basis of candidates' achieved scores in their higher senior secondary. However, there are chances that some of the university-affiliated colleges offer direct/ management admissions to BBA courses. To know this, candidates are suggested to visit the official website of the respective college.

As per the information available on the official website of the university, the deadline to apply for many UG courses at Kumaun University is June 20, 205. Thus, candidates are required to apply for the course before this deadline. Moreover, after filling out the application form, candidates are required to pay the application fee. The application fee is non-refundable.
