For admission to their BBA programme, the International Institute of Business Studies (IIBS) accepts entrance exam results. Although the search results do not specify the exact examinations accepted, the MBA programme accepts CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA, NMAT, or comparable admission exams1. These or comparable tests can be approved for BBA admissions as well, since business schools sometimes have comparable requirements for their undergraduate programmes.Candidates typically need to receive 50% of the possible points in their entrance exams.

The completion of the 12th standard with a minimum of 50% marks is often the minimum eligibility criteria for the International Institute of Business Studies' Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) programme.
Students need to have taken mathematics as a required subject in class 12 or studied courses related to the commerce stream. In India, there are around 4000 BBA colleges, some of which offer direct admissions without the need for an entrance exam.

Well,
There some colleges that provide admission without CUET in BBA where your prioritised college like International Institute of Business Studies is also a part for that.
Mainly, having 50% in 12 th can get eligibility for BBA.
By contacting the institute directly all your doubts would be clarified regarding this.
But academic qualification will be checked to get into BBA .
Best regards

The latest information is that the admission will be based on merit obtained in the CET/CUET entrance tests.
Cutoff will be released afterwards when the exam will be conducted.
Don't worry about the cutoff as of now.
We would suggest you to study consistently for the entrance, give mocks and attempt practice papers regularly, analyse your mistakes, and then you will surely get a top rank in the test, which would help you in securing admission in your dream college.
Best of luck!
