Yes, students from every stream can pursue BCA as a UG course. But you'll not get admission in every other university. There are some universities which offer admission to arts students. You'll have to search for those universities and colleges affiliated to them.

No course guarantees you a job. It's your skill and knowledge which will allow you to grab a high paying job. So, focus on developing skills and try to gain knowledge and experience in which you want to work in the future.

Hi,
As per the minimum eligibility criteria as mentioned below, you are eligible for PGD(TTE) from AIIMAS Chennai. Further BCS in distance mode does not matter for this course.
1. Graduation from any recognized university/Institution.
2. The applicant age should have completed his 21 years of age, there is no upper age limit.

Hi, The minimum percentage requires in order to get admission in DU for BCA course is 60% with math. Further, you have to appear for JAT (Joint admission test) conducted by DU. Finally, the merit list is being prepared on the basis of class 12th marks and JAT score for admission purpose.

Hello,
As per the Vikas College's website, the following UG programs are available with the college
1. Arts
2. Commerce
3. Science.
So, BCA programme is not available with the college (visit vikascollege.org). Hence you have to seek admission in other colleges. All the admissions in UG programs are based on the merit list (class 12th marks) prepared by Mumbai University for various affiliated colleges.
Good luck.

Hi Sandeep,
Yes, you can do BCA i.e Bachelor of Computer Application after getting a Diploma in mechanical engineering.
Many universities provide the lateral entry into the 2nd year of BCA for Diploma holders.
My opinion to you is that you should go for B.Tech in mechanical engineering or you can go for various short-term courses. There are various courses available that can be done after the completion of a Diploma in mechanical engineering. These are job oriented courses of 6 months, 1-year and 2 years. After getting certified in these courses, you can have a job oriented approach in order to ladder up to your career.

Your combination is really good and unique but to get a good job you have to have the uniqueness in you and gather whatever knowledge you could because jobs especially in these fields are based on your knowledge and ability to perform tasks not based on your CV.
