Hi,
If you have done BCA and now thinking that the subjects of PGDM and BCA are almost the same, you're not going to learn a lot more then I believe that you should definitely research about other courses available according to your interest area. And ultimately when you go for jobs and all your skills matters. If you're learning something new than it matters in PGDM as it gives your CV a good rise then definitely do give it a try and otherwise look for other courses well because you might get good opportunities where you can learn a lot more new. B.Tech has much more weightage than BCA. But B.Tech is also costly and a year-long course than BCA. Which is not suitable in your case. BCA and B.Tech both the courses will provide you with the platform to get started with programming but they might not teach you exact ethical hacking. It is something that you might have to do on your own from external institutes.

No, you are not eligible to apply for M.Sc forensic science.
Because those who pursue engineering or some other science courses are only eligible to pursue this PG.

Hi Saurabh,
Yes, it is good choice to go us to pursue engineering degree. Yes, you can do it even after BCA, but your marks in intermediate will be considered only for admission purposes. You must score good in intermediate and pass in all the subjects. Best of luck.
