BCA is computer science. So, if you do hospital management, then it is totally different from BCA and it totally depends on you because you have to start from the beginning and you will have do work hard.

The least percentage should not be less than 70% and you should study maths and computer science as mandatory subjects in your 10+2, so you can meet the eligibility criteria for different universities. You can opt for higher studies like MCA degree I.e. Master of Computer Application. Another good option is Masters Degree in Computer Management (MCM) or Masters Degree in Information Management (MIM).
